While I have had the good fortune to enjoy considerable success as a lender and an investor, my deep passion has always been about building enduring businesses, helping entrepreneurs get more of what they want out of their businesses, and helping individuals succeed.
I now spend significant time helping entrepreneurial leadership teams master the Entrepreneurial Operating System. I became a huge EOS fan after being one of its clients during an interim COO engagement. I was so blown away by how simple, holistic and effective the system is that I decided that the best way I could help entrepreneurial teams - as either a mentor or an investor- was to become an EOS Implementer.
