Hi. I am Mark Abbott. I have over two decades of experience with early stage, small and mid-sized companies as a lender, an investor, and a business builder. While I have had the good fortune to enjoy considerable success as a lender and an investor, my deep passion has always been about building enduring businesses, helping entrepreneurs get more of what they want out of their businesses, and helping individuals succeed.
I now spend significant time helping entrepreneurial leadership teams master the Entrepreneurial Operating System. EOS is the Entrepreneurial Operating System: a set of simple, yet effective, tools that help entrepreneurs get more of what they want from their businesses. EOS uses a proven process that helps leadership teams do three things we call Vision, Traction, and Healthy.
Vision centers on making sure leaders and their teams are 100% on the same page with where the organization is, where it's going and how it’s going to get there. Traction helps leaders become more disciplined and accountable to help enable them to better execute their vision. Getting Healthy means helping leaders create and sustain a healthy, functional and cohesive working environment.
The benefits of mastering EOS are substantial and include a more focused organization, stronger profits, and more time to do the things that really matter. I get that it may sound too good to be true but do yourself a favor and take advantage of the Free Organizational Check-up survey that is linked to the below button. It won't take you long and I am confident it will help you better understand what I like to call "your organization's level of well being" AND what EOS could do for you, your colleagues, your business... and your life.
